(approximately 795.53 sq. metres) and includes eight dedicated parking slots \u2014 a rare premium in Mumbai&#8217;s space-constrained luxury segment.The registered agreement value stands at \u20b956.28 crore, with stamp duty of \u20b93.37 crore paid on the transaction, underscoring the deal&#8217;s scale and stature.<\/p>\n<p>For DGS Group, the purchase reflects more than a real estate bet \u2014 it signals the promoters&#8217; deepening footprint in Mumbai&#8217;s premium lifestyle segment.
