{"id":52889,"date":"2026-03-18T11:13:50","date_gmt":"2026-03-18T05:43:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sattaexpress.co.in\/index.php\/2026\/03\/18\/cliniexperts-supports-successful-completion-of-the-amplify-tir-diabetes-study-in-india\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T11:13:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T05:43:50","slug":"cliniexperts-supports-successful-completion-of-the-amplify-tir-diabetes-study-in-india","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sattaexpress.co.in\/index.php\/2026\/03\/18\/cliniexperts-supports-successful-completion-of-the-amplify-tir-diabetes-study-in-india\/","title":{"rendered":"CliniExperts Supports Successful Completion of the AMPLIFY-TIR Diabetes Study in India"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>CliniExperts Supports Successful Completion of the AMPLIFY-TIR Diabetes Study in India<\/em><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span data-sheets-root=\"1\"><strong>New Delhi [India], March 18:<\/strong> <\/span>We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the AMPLIFY-TIR Study, which evaluated fixed-dose combinations (FDCs) of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitors and dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors in Indian patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This prospective, randomised, open-label, triple-arm clinical study conducted across six centres in India included 90 adults with T2DM on stable metformin therapy who were randomised to receive teneligliptin + dapagliflozin, sitagliptin + dapagliflozin, or linagliptin + empagliflozin.\u00a0CliniExperts Research\u00a0served as the Indian arm Contract Research Organization (CRO) for this study, supporting the clinical research activities across participating sites.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The study demonstrated meaningful improvements in glycaemic stability and variability parameters, with a favourable safety profile and no new safety concerns.
