Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) [India], October 16:<\/strong> <\/span>SankalpTaru Foundation, in partnership with NTT DATA\u2014a global leader in digital business and IT services\u2014announces the launch of Phase II of its \u2018Community Barren Land Restoration Program\u2019 in Coimbatore, under NTT DATA\u2019s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The inauguration was graced by the District Collector.<\/p>\n

In Phase I, completed during FY 2024\u201325, 3,500 trees were planted, transforming a 7-acre former dump yard into a thriving green space. Phase II will see the plantation of an additional 3,500 trees in FY 2025\u201326, further enhancing local biodiversity and contributing to long-term environmental sustainability. The initiative is a testament to the power of community-driven ecological restoration, benefiting both nature and the people of Coimbatore.<\/p>\n
