Chandigarh (India), April 9: On March 16, 2024, the Women’s Fun Club (an initiative by Funschooling India), led by Founder Harpreet Behl, marked a milestone with the ‘Region’s Biggest Women Business Conclave 2024.’ This event, similar to a ‘Shark Tank’ gathering, was held at Chandigarh’s CGA Golf Range wherein Women Entrepreneurs pitched their ideas and received expert advice from notable figures such as Sartaj Lamba, Founder of Buddy Cabs; Satyendra Singh, CEO of IISER-TBI (Mohali); Somveer Singh Anand, CEO of Mission Innovation Punjab; and Mamta Bhardwaj, COO of STPI – Neuron COE And Sir Sumit – Sales Head – Kreedo.
The conclave concluded with an awards ceremony, honouring club members and ambassadors with the WFC Supporters Awards presented by IFB. The award ceremony was graced by the presence of IFB’s regional training manager, Madam Anamika Sachdeva.
The club boasts a robust membership of over 3,500 women entrepreneurs, bloggers, performance marketers plus 750 men entrepreneurs, and is lauded for its dedication to advancing women’s roles in the business sector. In preparation for an even larger conclave slated for April 2025, the club aims to draw in excess of 300 businesswomen.
The club’s emblem, adorned with blue and pink wings, represents the united efforts of men and women in fostering women-centric business ventures.
Additionally, the founder’s initiative Funschooling India is poised for growth, with plans to launch franchise stores throughout India to enhance educational prospects and bolster women entrepreneurs.
